Instructions:

  1. Blend (medium speed, 1 min):

  2. Whole eggs + water + premix

  3. Whip (high speed, 2 min)

  4. Emulsify: Add cake emulsifier → whip to SG 0.4 Incorporate oils (slow speed) until homogeneous

  5. Pan & bake immediately
