 No-creaming method – Simplified process eliminates whipping steps

✔ Guaranteed texture – Crisp exterior with tender interior

✔ Customizable – Add preferred dried fruits/nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix premix + butter (medium speed, 2-3 mins)

  2. Add eggs (medium speed, 2-3 mins) → Fold in walnuts + raisins

  3. Shape into 2.5-3cm thick slab → Freeze 2-3 hours

  4. Cut → Double-brush with egg wash
