Instructions:

  1. Mix premix, water, milk, eggs, milk powder, and vegetable oil in a bowl.

  2. Blend at medium speed (paddle attachment) for 1 minute. Scrape bowl,
    then mix 2 more minutes until smooth.

  3. Incorporate Anchor butter until fully combined.

  4. Pipe 40g portions onto baking sheets.

  5. Bake as directed.

Baking Parameters:

Convection Oven:

  • Temperature: 180°C (356°F)

  • Time: 30 minutes

Packaging:

  • 5kg × 4 bags/carton
